"The lesson which life repeats and constantly enforces is "look under foot."
You are always nearer the divine and the true sources of your power than you
think."

Creativity Exercise

Look to your pet, animal companion this month. Think about their personality.

Exercise 1:
Use your pet as inspiration – sculpt, dance, describe, make cookies of your pet.

Exercise 2:
What is the main characteristic of your pet? Explore that in a new piece of work.

Exercise 3:
Pretend you are your pet. What would they do for fun? To be creative?

If you don’t have a pet, choose an animal, explore the characteristics of that animal in your own mind, check sites that might have deeper insight.

Affirmation

Animals give me inspiration this month. I will swoop with birds into creative moments, I will nap and meditate and consider things. I will love myself and other creatures. All will contribute to my knowledge of myself and my work.
